Brother Will LeDell Gibson, affectionately known as “Ledell”, but he referred to himself as “Showtime”. He was born on July 4, 1963, to the late Frank and Luella Gibson. He was baptized at an early age under the leadership of Reverend W.B. Bradley at Pleasant View Missionary Baptist Church of Ensley, where he sang in the Junior choir. Ledell was a very faithful servant of God and dedicated member of New Pleasant View, Ensley until his death.
Will attended Tuxedo and McCaw Elementary School. Will also attended Jackson Olin High and furthered his education in Job Corp where he received a certification in Carpentry. Ledell was a man of many talents and skills but singing was his best and his passion.
