Wilberta Wiley

Mrs. Wilberta Wiley was born in Alabama on May 21, 1927 to Silas Stephenson, Sr and Lettie Woofe. She later married Iverson Henry “Coosie” Wiley and two sons were produced from this union. She attended Birmingham schools.

She was a faithful member of Metropolitan C.M.E. Church in Ensley, Alabama until her health declined and she moved with her son in Augusta, Georgia.

Wilberta departed this life on April 7, 2021 in Augusta, Georgia.

She leaves to cherish her memories: her son Melvin Wiley, two granddaughters Tamika Wesley and Patience Taylor, one sister-in-law Mrs. Otelia Stevenson and a host of grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, and nephews. 

She was proceeded in death by her Husband Iverson Henry “Coosie” Wiley, her son Jonathan Wiley, four sisters and one brother, Silas Stevenson, Jr.
