Teresa Ann Coleman Kimbrough was born on November 27, 1957, to Edward Robinson and Betty Jean Coleman. She was educated in the Birmingham Public Schools, where she attended A.G. Gaston and Wenonah High School. She was united in holy matrimony for 39 years to James Kimbrough. She was a member of St. James Independent Methodist Church, where she served faithfully until her health failed. She worked faithfully and retired from the Jefferson County School System after 25 years. She is preceded in death by: a loving mother, Betty Jean Coleman, a father, Edward Robinson, a loving sister, Adrian Coleman Thompson, a brother, Roosevelt Coleman, Jr., and a dedicated, loving daughter, Latonia Kimbrough. She leaves to cherish her memories: a loving and devoted husband, James Kimbrough; a caring and loving son, Tarvarse (Shalaria) Kimbrough; one brother, Reginald (Shelia) Coleman; two sisters, Jacqueline Bailey and Kateena (Willie) Carpenter; seven grandchildren, EKeema McCray, Ta’Derrius Shade, Joshlynn Jackson, Sha’Nyia Kimbrough, Erin Pruitt, Ayana McWilliams, and Latonio Lockett; three uncles, Ronald Estes of Birmingham, AL, and Leroy and Henry Robinson, both of Gainesville, FL; one aunt, Annie Brown of Gainesville, FL; three brothers-in-law; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends; two special friends, Rosita Horn and Valerie Spencer.
