Susette Willis

On January 2, 2025, Susette Townsend Willis died at home after a long battle with Congestive Heart failure. She was 72 years old.

Susette Townsend Willis is survived by her Daughter Tina Townsend Wilson (Avery) of Birmingham Alabama and Nicholas Townsend (Tara) of Oregon and grandchildren Brittany Denise Wilson and Ava Rain Townsend and a host of nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by Emmitt Willis (Husband), Eugene and Mary Lee Townsend, John Townsend, Katie Dowdley, Eugene Townsend Jr., Sammy Townsend and William (Bill) Townsend.

Susette Townsend Willis was born on August 18, 1952, in Bessemer Alabama.   She graduated from Brighton High School in 1971 and went on to attend Lawson State Community College where she graduated with a degree in Nursing.
