Michael W. Johnson was born September 23, 1956, to the late John and Rena Johnson in Birmingham, Alabama.
Michael graduated from A.H. Parker High School in and enjoyed sports, riding motorcycles, and spending time with family and friends. He confessed Christ at an early age, was baptized at Nichols Temple AME Church, and attended Ensley Church of Christ.
Michael worked for the Masonic Temple and retired as an entrepreneur of his own lawn care and tree cutting service after many years of dedicated hard work.
Mike", as he was affectionately called, will be missed by many. His memory will forever be cherished in the lives of a loving, caring, and devoted family: Devoted Partner, Cynthia Traylor; Sons, Demetrius Anderson and Courtney Traylor (Britney); Daughter, Brittany Stallworth-Traylor (Michael); Sisters, Johnnie Moody, Claudia J. Lashley, and Priscilla Clark; Grandchildren, Courtney Traylor, Jr., Ameria Traylor, Courtney Traylor, Jr., Jervontay Traylor, Marques Stallworth, and Mikel Stallworth; Sisters-in-law, Catherine Traylor, and Gloria Jean Traylor; Brothers-in-law, Stephen M. Clark, Sr., Robert Traylor, Jerry Traylor, Sr., Joseph Traylor; and a host of devoted cousins, nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
