Lanetta Denise Jones

Lanetta Denise Jones Crayton was born on November 24, 1972 in Birmingham, AL to the late Linda Gail Jones and Sheldon Dumas.

She was a graduate of Minor High School and looked forward to the yearly reunion.

“Net” had a love for people and helping in any way possible. She was wed in holy matrimony to the late Michael Crayton, and two this union twin boys were born, Tyrese and Tyrelle.

The angel of death visited “Net” on June 23, 2021. She was preceded in death by her husband, mother, maternal and paternal grandparents, and a special aunt Dorothy Edwards.

Her memories will be cherished by her children, Tyrese and Tyrelle Crayton; father, Sheldon (Kathy) Dumas; two sisters, Jasmin Dumas and April Jones; two brothers, Melvin (Darnisha) Jones and Sheldon Dumas; four very special nieces: Destinee, Skylar, Aubree, and Autumn; one nephew, Melvin Jr; her best friend, Marshae Taylor; and a host of other family and friends.
