Johnathan R. Sumler was born on May 31,1990 in Birmingham Al to Marshae Sumler and John W. Brown, Jr. At the sweet age of 2 he inherited a father, Theodore Taylor, Jr

He was a life-long resident of Adamsville, Al where he was affectionately known as John Boi. 

Johnathan was known for his smile that would light up your heart  and he could always make you laugh with his humorous personality  he was as known for his academic ability and one phenomenal athlete It was never a dull moment he most definitely all boy growing up. He also was one amazing big brother and awesome son you could count on John Boi for anything always willing to give a helping hand 

He was preceded in death by his grandmother Emma Baskin grandfather John W. Brown Sr. Grandmother Elizabeth a Johnson grandmother Mavis C Taylor and a cousin Latoya Brown

Johnathan leaves to cherish forever in his heart a lifelong companion Alondria Williams brothers Theodore Taylor III, Alex Taylor, John W Brown III and Dyon Larkin. Sisters Jonnera Brown and Emma Brown
