Annie Mae Lutin was born on July 5, 1948 to Albert Lutin, Sr. and the late Loretta Lutin in Butler, Alabama. She was the oldest of 6 children.
Annie confessed Christ and was baptized at an early age at New Hope Baptist Church, Birmingham, Alabama. She was a member of the Usher Board in her younger years.
Annie graduated from C.W. Hayes High School in 1966. She was the head majorette in the band.
Annie retired from Sears and Roebuck after over 20 years of service. She also worked for Lorch Diamond Center for 15 years.
Annie was called home to glory on November 1, 2022.
A Heavenly Reunion
Annie was preceded in death by her mother Loretta Lutin; her brother, Albert Lutin, Jr.; and her nephew, DeAngelo Lutin.
Annie will always be remembered by her loving family: father, Albert Lutin, Sr. of Birmingham, AL; daughter, Tawanda Hill Hunter (Jackie) of Trussville, AL; two grandchildren, Deina Hill-Turner of Birmingham, Alabama, and Taiyelor Hill of Trussville, Alabama; two great grandchildren, Malaiyah Hill and Marlow Turner of Birmingham, Alabama; four sisters, Gloria Jean Lutin of Bangkok, Thailand, Juanita Crenshaw (Norris) of Birmingham, Alabama; Karen Rudolph-Strong of Hoover, Alabama; and Lesa Milton (Keith) of Center Point, Alabama; a loving devoted best friend of over 50 years, Gloria Davis of Birmingham, Alabama; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
